Designing for the Disabled

We have a long and established track record of providing facilities and specialist housing for disabled people.
We can also undertake audits on new and existing buildings to ensure compliance with the requirement of the Disabled Discrimination Act.

Sports Facilities

We have experience of working on football grounds and greyhound tracks with full spectator facilities, press and television coverage. We have also designed Golf Clubs, Rugby Clubs, GAA grounds and specialist synthetic running tracks, also with facilities for full television coverage
Public and private swimming pools, fitness suites saunas and steam rooms

Health and Safety

We act as Project Supervisors under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and have wide experience of a wide variety of projects.

Conservation and restoration

Our practice has completed a number of stone restoration projects where natural stone has been sourced for repairs and intricate carvings and natural lime mortar mixes have been matched. We also have experience of stone consolidation and indent repairs. We have overseen the repair, restoration and cleaning of fine stained glass windows, natural slate roofs and original wrought iron gates and railings.

Planning and Appeals

It is never too early to obtain advice on planning matters, preferably before land or buildings are purchased. We have long experience of making planning applications and can offer advice on siting and design of proposed developments and have experience of preparing and taking Planning Appeals.
